to each his share of said land and that they report to next court

Ordered that the sheriff summon the following gentlemen to attend as

A Pettition prefered by the heirs & representatives of John McKay 
deceased having been granted The following persons were appointed 
Commissioners to divide the estate of the said John McKay among his 
heirs to Wit

Jacob Rhodes John Storm and Angus Taylor

Allen McLachlen was appointed Constable in Captain Sellers district 
and entered into bond with Benjamin Blount his security

The amount of the sales of that part of the property of the late Charles 
Thompson deceased which was sold by his executors being $694 & 91 
cents was returned and ordered to be filed

The committee appointed to direct & superintend the Bridge across 
Ashpole Swamp to wit Alfred Rowland A Taylor Thomas Sewell 
Benjamin Lee Nicholas Powell Moses Hill and William Barnes reported 
that Jesse Lee became the purchaser at the rate of 688 dollars and 
that he has completed the repairs of the said Bridge & causeway 
according to his contract

Court adjourned untill Court in Course
