Ordered that the sheriff summon the following persons as a Jury to lay off the 
estate of Othneil Trawick agreeably to his will among his devisees and that he 
superintend the execution of this order and that the jury report to next court 
to Wit

James Alford Joseph Wilson Alexander Little Duncan Little Archd McCormic beaver 
dam John McCormick Angus Murphy Neill Murphy John Stewart B.S. Duncan McEachern 
Malcom McEachern and Archd McLean

Ordered that John Hesters be overseer of the Stage Road from Mrs Rowlands to the 
first run in Ashpole in the room of Malachi Pitman and that Samuel Rowland and 
Allen Rowland and Elias Flowers be added to the former hands

Ordered that Angus Munroe be overseer of the River in room of Gilbert Sellers

The List of Insolvents produced by the sheriff to Wit sixty five was ordered to 
be allowed to him as such for the year 1811
