Ordered that Sion Alford John McLean Esquires & Alexander Little be a committee 
to divide the lands of John Danelly deceased among his heirs & also lay off the 
widows dower of said deceased estate

Court adjourned untill tomorrow 9 oclock

Tuesday the 24th November 1812  Court met according to adjournment

Deed from Henry Thompson to Lemuel Thomson proved by Thos Sewell Esqr

Deed from Willis Baxley to Isaac Sullivan proved by Levi Baxley

Deed from Isaac Sullivan to James Barker proved by Charles Barker

Deed from John Murphy to Malcom McEachern proved by Thos Fort

Deed from Edward Grantham to Richard Grantham proved by William Herring

Administration on the estate of Archd McNeill deceased granted to Alexander 
McNeill who entered into bond in the sum of one hundred pounds with Edward 
Currie his security

The administrator of the estate of Angus Buie deceased returned an inventory and 
the amount of sales of the said estate

Ordered that Marmaduke Etheride & Milican Carter work on Lumber River under 
Benjamin Blount overseer

Ordered that Thomas Sewell and William Ward Esqrs be a committee to settle with 
Wm Moore administrator of the estate of Wm Odum deceased and make return to next 
term

Ordered that Capt Jacob Blount be appointed overseer of the part of the Stage 
Road that crosses the five mile Branch & that he work his own hands thereon & 
that the line extend from hill to hill

Ordered that Malcom Brown be overseer of the road in room of Malcom McMillan

Ordered that the children of Elizabeth Conolly 3 in number by name Maria Edward 
& Frederick be brought into Court in ordere to be bound out agreeably to the 
request of the overseer of poor

Ordered that Archibald Wilkison be appointed overseer of the road in the room of 
Robert Ferguson & that the same hands work under the former that worked under 
the latter

Ordered that Willis Loe be appointed overseer of the road leading from the Stage 
Road to Griffins Bluff in the room of James Pittman over the same hands
