Court met according to adjournment

Present the worshipfull Thomas Sewell Sion Alford Angus Taylor & Samson Bridgers 
Esquires

Ordered that John Blount Constable be allowed the sum of twenty four shillings 
for his attendance this term

Ordered that Joshua Parker be overseer of the road in room and district of James 
Baxley from Lumberton to the ten mile Swamp

Ordered that Jacob Mercer Constable be allowed the sum of eight pounds for his 
attendance from May term last till this term inclusive and also including March 
and September Superior Courts

Power of attorney from Peter McEachern to Archibald McEachern proved

Mathew Gregory appointed Constable in Captain Blounts district and entered into 
bond with Robert Haills his security

Daniel Stewart administrator of the estate of Malcom Cameron returned an 
inventory

The last will and testament of Archibald Little deceased proved by Archd Little 
Junr and John Little one of the executors thereof quallified in Open Court as 
such

Ordered that the sheriff summon the following gentlemen to attend as Jurors at 
the next Court to Wit Duncan Curry John Watson Hugh Brown Junior William Watters 
Nazara Mitchel Hector McKinzie Daniel Curry Duncan McNeill Abram Paul Junr 
Irvine Grimsley Danl McNeill Jacob Rhodes John McCormick John Barnes Philip

The last will and testament of Jesse Harrel was proved by Neill McAlpin and 
admited to record an inventory of the said estate was returned & filed
