Ordered that William (/) be allowed the sum of two dollars and eighty 
six cents for work done on the Bridge at Lumberton

Alfred Rowland Angus Taylor and Malcom McNeill the committee who 
were appointed to contract for the building of Bridge across Lumber 
River – Report that William Townsend the undertaker has complied 
with his contract and the Bridge is received accordingly

Administration on the estate of Joseph Smith deceased was granted to 
Alexr Rowland & Angus Taylor Esquires who entered into bond in the 
sum of One Thousand Pounds with Alfred Rowland & John McNeill 
their securities – at the same [time] they returned an Inventory of the 
estate and it was ordered that they sell the perishable property 
belonging to the estate accordingly

Ordered that the sheriff summon Alexander Little Duncan Little Joseph 
Wilson Duncan McEachern Archd McLean James Alford John Stewart 
Angus Murphy Neill Murphy Archd McCormick and John McCormick to 
divide the estate of the late Othniel Trawick both Real and personal 
among his Heirs & Devisees and make report to next term

An inventory of the estate of William Barnes was returned by his admr 

An inventory of the estate of Archd Little was returned by his executor

An inventory of Malcom Camerons property was returned

Ordered that Duncan Ramsay Daniel McKinnon & Archibald McMillan 
work on the Road which crosses Shoe Heel at John Browns under 
Duncan Little overs[eer]

The committee who were appointed to settle with Jonathan Wishart 
guardian of the orphans of John McKay reported that they find in the 
hands of the said guardian the sum of £ 74.2.4 besides notes to the 
amount of £ 166.2.11 – See the report filed this day

The committee who were appointed to settle with William Moore 
administrator of Wm Odom deceased made a report

Zabon Arnet a minor orphan now of the age of fourteen years was 
bound to John Hesters Esq untill he attain the age of twenty one years

Ordered that the sheriff summon the following persons to lay off a road 
from Duncan McEacherns Bridge on Shoe Heel to John Campbells 
Bridge on Lumber River and that they report to next Court to Wit Danl 
McCallum Adam McKay Alexr McKay John McNair (Taylor) William 
Waters John McDonald Malcom McRae Danl McLean Normand 
McLeod Alexr Graham Danl McRae and Duncan McEachern Junr

Ordered that the sheriff summon the following gentlemen to attend as 
Jurors at the next County Court to Wit Alexr Little John McNair Da(/) 
Powell William Moore Angus McBride Archd Mc(/) William Asley Angus 
Love Henry Taylor (/) Curry Duncan McMillan William Thompson (/)
