(/) in full for attendance on the Court during the year 1812 – and also 
twenty four shillings for his attendance at this present term

Ordered that Jacob Allen be overseer of the road in room of Levi Dees

Ordered that Jesse Lee be overseer of the Streets of Lumberton

Ordered that Duncan McArthur be overseer of the road in room of 
William McMillan

The committee who were appointed to settle with the administrator of 
Angus Buie deceased reported that they find in the hands of Alen Buie 
the administrator the sum of one hundred and four dollars and four 
cents.  See the report filed this day

Administration on the estate of William Barnes was granted to John 
Barnes who entered into bond in the sum of eight hundred dollars with 
William Ashley and --- his securities

John Gilcrhist Esquire appointed guardian to John McMillan a minor 
orphan and entered into bond in the sum of 400 pounds with Gilbert 
Sellers and John Watson his securities

Ordered that the Clerk issue an alias? fifa against William Atkison for 
costs of (/) vs said Atkison (/)
