This is a picture of Benjamin Council Rhodes born Ded 25, 1808 and died Aug 
21, 1891.

He was the son of Jacob Rhodes and Emily Council.

Benjamin married Abigale Grimsley Dec 15, 1832.
Abigale was the daughter of Irvin Grimsley and Esther Walters.
After the murder of Abigale on Jun 11, 1860, 
Benjamin married Martilda Angeline Sealey April 9, 1862.

Benjamin Council Rhodes and his wife Mrtilda Angeline Sealey are buried in the 
Rhodes family cemetery near Barnesvile, NC.
