John Patrick Stewart, born 22 June 1805 in Robeson Co, died 19 May 1858 
in Franklin Co., MS, son of Allan Stewart. John Patrick was the circuit 
clerk of Franklin County, MS. He had been married and had a daughter 
Arbella born ca 1835. His wife had died. He had no other children.
