   Rowland, N. C., Jan. 15. – At five o’clock Wednesday evening, January the tenth,
the friends of the happy couple assembled in the beautifully decorated parlor of 
the Merchants Hotel, Rowland, to witness the cemetery which made Miss Willie Atrell 
Thompson the bride of Mr. Robert Cothran Emanuel, of Mallory, South Carolina.
