Lula Mae Fisher and Mr. Ellie Walters A quiet wedding took place at the home of Mr. and Mrs. A. B. Fisher, 111 South Chestnut street, Thursday evening at 9.15 o'clock when their daughter, Miss. Lula Mae, became the bride of Mr. Ellie Walters of R. 6 from Lumberton. Rev. Chas. L. Greaves, pastor of the First Baptist church, officiated. Quite a number of friends of both bride and groom witnessed the marriage. The young couple left on the 9:45 Seaboard train for Wilmington and Southport, where they spent a short time, after which they went to Raeford, where they will spend some time. Both bride and groom are well known here. The bride was employed at The Robesonian office for some months, resigning a few weeks ago. She was the daughter of Alexander Byrd Fisher and Florence Matida Watson. Joseph Ellie Walters was the son of Joseph A.
