Item I give and devise to my beloved wife ten acres of land including the Housings whearin I now live and all timbers as She wishes to dispose of as fere wod & others uses also four cows and calfs also the house and furniture also all the hogs which is mine and sixty bushels of corn also all the potatoes and foder and one bay horse and plows and geares and one cast also all the Sheap also one hundred dollars by note to have and to hold to her natural live in satisfaction for and in lieu of her dower and thirds of and in all my real estate, Item I give and devise to my son Archabald apart of the lands whearon I now live on the big Swamp begining ta the mouth of the Spring branch, running from the head of the Spring branch astrate line to the head of the Horse pen branch my corner runing my line South to my other corner and thence my other line to the big Swamp ajoining the little marsh my corner up the big Swamp to the Spring branch to have and to hold to him and his heirs in fee Simple, forever, Item I give and bequeath to the heirs of Johnathan Howell a certain tract tract of land lying north of Archabalds part, runing with his line to the head of the horse pen my corner, running my lines to the big Swamp, then down the big Swamp to the mouth of Spring Branch to have and to hold in Fee Simple Forever, Item I give and bequeth to My daughter Elizabeth Burney ten Dollars to her and her personal representa tives forever. Item I give and bequeath to my beloved son John ~ Two Dollars to him and his personal representatives Forever.
