In the Name of God Amen
I Willis Barfield senr being in my
Perfect mind and Memory do this 6
day October In the year of our Lord
1817 Make this my Last Will and testament
In mannor & form as follows
first I give and Bequeth to my Wife
Betsy one horse sadle & Bridle with all
my Cattle Hogs & sheep During her widow
hood I give her one Bed & furniture with
her Survey of Land
2 I Give my son Cade Barfield fifty acres
of Land where on his platation is
3 I Give to my son Neil Barfield all the
Land on the Lower side where on he lives
the Branch to the the Line Between
Niel and Cade the Branch to be Neil\
as fur as my Land Reches ~
4 I Give to my son Malcom Barfield and
My son Needam Barfirld all my Land that
Lies Betwext Irvin Grimsley and Cade
Barfield line that lies on the west side
of Indian swamp of  oftars their Mothers time
5 I Give my son Willis Barfield fifty
Dollars in Money
6  I Give to my Rihard Barfield all my
Ane on the East side of the Main Run
of the Indian swamp ~
7  I Give my son Barna Barfield 30 Dollars
8  I Give to my son Stephen Barfield
30 Dollars.
A and I do Revoke and make Void
all other Wills by me made
A I do appoint my Wife Betsy and
my son Cade Barfield Exetors
to this my LaSt will and  and testamet
