Written: October 30, 1866

            I Thomas Barker of the State of North
Carolina and County of Robeson in the year
Of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and
Sixty Six do make my last Will and
Testamen as folows
1st  It is my desire that ll my just debts shall be paid
2nd  It is my desire that my Burial and Funeral expenses be paid
3rd  It is my desire that my wife Susan Barker Shall
have all my Lands and all my Household and
Kitchen furniture and all my Stock of every description
and everything which I may die posessed of
During her Widowhood  If she should marry after
my Death it is my desire that she Susan L Barker
Shall have one third part of all my Land including
my House tract or plantation during her natural
lifetime.  At my wife Susan L. Barker’s death
I desire that all my property of every description
shall be equally Divided among my four Children
James Barker  Louisa Barker  Hellen Barker\
and Flora Ann Barker.  In testimony where of
I set my hand an seal This the 30 day of October
