State No Carolina       } In the name of god amen I
Robeson County          } Saml Biggs being of Sound and
perfect mind and memory blessed be god do this the
Second day of January in the year of our Lord 1830
make and publish this my Last will and
Testament in maner as following that is to Say first
I give and bequeath to my bloved wife Elizebeth
all my estate of every Description but Lands
as long as Shee Shall live or
remain a widow and after her death or marriage I
will and ordain that my property be devided as
Follows and to my bloved sun Elias Biggs I give and
Bequeath a negro woman named Jin to my two
Suns Joseph and Alford Biggs I give and bequeath a
Negro woman named Marey and her increase to be equely
Betwean them Two allso I give and bequeath a
negro gall named among to my two Sunsds
John and Neill Biggs and all So I give to my
Sun Hugh Biggs one Dollar all So I give Two Negro
Childran named Lizar and Mariar to my daughter
Sealey and if She dies with out any Childran
as lawfull heirs that the Said negros be returned
in to my estate and to be equely devided between
Elias  JeSse  Joseph  Neill and Alford Biggs  Hugh
Biggs ten cents as his Shuar of them negros and all
So I give to my dughter Sealey Biggs one fether beed
and furnetere that is Caled hunn and all So I give
to my Sun Alford Biggs one Hundred ackers
of Land Lying on the west Side of the holey
Swamp Cancluden the plantashan where on
James Biggs deserted being part of Two hundred
ackers Joining and beginen at a pine in a

Small Branch on the west Side of the holey
Swamp near the road my wife to Live on the
Land on the holey Swamp During her Life
then after her deth then all my State of every
Discripton to be equely devided betwean my children
that is to Say Elias  JeSse  John  Neill  Alford 
and Sealey Biggs this I do declare to be my
Third and Last will and tesment
I all So appoint my three Suns John Biggs
Joseph Biggs  Alford Biggs Executors of
this my last will and tesment in witneSs
where of I Set my hand and Seal Febuary the
10 day 1830
