Written: January 7, 1822

In the name of god I James Biggs Sener being of
Sound and perfect mind and memory blessed
Be god do this 7 day of January in the year of
our Lord 1822 make and publish this my
Last will and testament in manner as following
that is to Say first I give and bequeath to my
well beloved wife Sarah Biggs one hundred
Dollars at her own disposel  I give to my daughter
Rebecah McDonel one doller and all the rest
of my estate I give to the rest of my Children to
Be equally divided between them that is to Say
Saml and James and Mitchel and John Biggs and Cloe
Humphrey and James McDonal a sun of Randel Mcdonal
and Rebecah Mcdonal and I hereby make and ordain my
well beloved Sons Saml Biggs and James Biggs Juner
Executors of this my Last will and testament in witneSs
wheare of I the Said James Biggs Sener have to this
my Last will and testament Set my hand and Seal
the day and year above writen Sined and Sealed
published and declared by the Said James Biggs Sener
Testater as his Last will and testment in the presents
Of us who ware present at the time of Signing and Sealing
there of
