In the Name of God amen I John Blount
of the County of Robeson in the State of North
Carolina being Sick & weak of Body but of Perfect
Send and Memory do make & ordain this my last
Will and Testament and do dispose of my worldly
Effects in manner and form following
Imprimus
            After my just debts & funeral
Charges are paid & discharged, I do divise
give & Bequeath unto my well beloved son in
Law John Stogner the plantation whereon
I live, Togather with all the Lands that I
die poSsed of with a horse Called Bowcum
two Stear for oxen one Cow & Calf, one Weavn
Loom & one SaSse to him & his heirs forever
Item The Remainder of my Estate of every
Kind who ever I do give to equally divided
among the rest of my Chidren my sons & son
in Law to them Their heirs & Assigns forever
and I do hereby Constitute and appoint my
two Sons Jacob & Philip Blount & Edmund
Baxley to be my only & whole executors to exec
this my last will & Testament And

And do hereby Utterly disannul disallow
revoke & made Void all and every other former
Testament Bequest, Legacies or wills by me
heretofore made hereby ratifing and Confirming
this & no other to be my last and only will &
Testament
