Will of Lamuel Britt

In the name of God Amen.  I Lamuel Britt being in perfect sense and memory 
do make this my last will and Testament in manner and form following ( To wit ) 
Imprimes (?) I give unto my son Elexander Britt one hundred and Twentyfive acres 
of Land lying on Hog Swamp Joining Fulmores corner line with the house and 
everything belonging to the said land to him and to his heirs forever after his 
mothers widowhood.  Item I give unto my son Nathan Britt one hundred acres of 
land Joiningof Fulmores back line and the great Bay and I give unto him twentyfive 
acres partly concludin a field called Edwardses field lying on a Branch that runs 
from the great Bay to Hog Swamp through my own plantation it being twentyfive 
acres taken from the land above given to Elexander Britt to make a equal division 
Betwixt them.  Item I give unto my daughter Nancy Britt onehundred acres of Land
lying East side old field Swamp Joining Jesse Atkinsons line to her and her heirs 
forever. Item I give to Britain Britt one heifer a son of Samuel Britts to him and 
his heirs forever. Item I give unto my wife Mary Britt Eleven head of Cattle and 
Two horses and what Hogs I possess and all the remainder of my Estate of what 
nature or kind soever to her during her widowhood after her widowhood I give to my 
son Elexander one horse called Brag and I give to my son Nathan Britt one horse 
named Gumper and I give Charrity Britt one Bed and I give my daughter Nancy Britt 
one Bed and my son Nathan Britt one Bed after his mothers death and I give my 
daughters Betsy and Polly Britt Each them one Cow and Calf and I desire the 
remainder of my Estate to be divided my wife Mary Britts widowhood equally amongst 
my children in proportion to what I have given them. I do appoint my son Samuel 
Britt Executor of this my last will and Testament and do revoke all wills by me 
heretofore made in witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 
20th day of November 1795 signed sealed published and declared in presence of
