Robeson County, NC – Will of Kenneth Britt

I Kenneth Britt of Britts Township of the County and State aforesaid being of 
sound mind and memory (?) but considering the uncertainty of life, do make and 
declare this my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is 
to say:

First that my executor shall provide for my body a suitable burial to the 
wishes of my relatives and friends and pay all funeral expenses together with 
my just debts howsoever (?) and to whomsoever bring out of its moneys that may 
first come into his hands as part and parcel of my estate.  I give, devise and 
bequeath unto my beloved wife Elizabeth D. Britt, her heirs and assigns forever 
all my property real, personal and mixed of what nature and kind so ever (?) 
and wheresoever the source shall be at the time of my death.  And lastly I do 
herby constitute and appoint my trusty friend Robert S. Britt my lawful 
executor to all intents and purposes to execute this my last will and 
testament, accepting the the true intent and meaning of the same.  In witness 
whereof I the said Kenneth Britt do hereunto set my hand and seal this 25th day 
of November AD 1890.  Kenneth (his mark) Britt

Signed, sealed and published and declared by the said Kenneth Britt to be his 
last will and testament in presence of us who at his request and in his 
presence do inscribe our names as witnesses thereto:
