DUNCAN BROWN - LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT - 1797

In the name of God Amen

I Duncan Brown of Robeson County & State of North Carolina, Planter, being in a
sickly and weak state of Body, but of Perfect mind & memory do hereby ordain
and declare this my last Will & Testament in manner I form following, Viz I give
& bequeath unto my Beloved Sisters, Catharine & Nelly Brown, Seventy five Acres
of Land including the improvements whereon I now live with all woods & waters
and all other appurtenances & privileges unto the said land belonging or
appertaining with all other Goods & Chattels to me belonging, the whole I give
& bequeath unto the said Catharine & Nelly in equal proportions - I hereby
constitute & appoint Margret ? Taggert my Sister sole Executrix of this my last
will & Testament, in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & Seal this
29th day of Dec 1797
