The 15th of J???, 1792 In the name of God Amen I John Brown of Robertson County State of North Carolina being wick and Week of Body but of perfect and sound mind and memory do hereby make, constitute, appoint and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner & form following Viz: It is my Will that all my just debts be paid as soon as may be after my deceas-------------- Item It is my Will and desire that my Estate be keeped together and remain undivid for the support & maintenance of my Wife & children and my Wifes Father & Mother Viz Wm & Mary Bennatt, untill my son Wm arive to the age of Twenty one years Item: I give to my son Wm muy son Hugh, my Daugher Mary, my son John and my Daughter Catherine an equal proportion of my estate Real and Personal to be aloted to them severally as they may arive to lawful age or marry----- Item It is my Will and desire that my ????alot to each of my Children their respective proportions of my Estate as soon as may after they shall arive to lawful age or marry.
