Archives, Raleigh, N. C. State of North Carolina Robeson County I Eli Bullock of Thompson Township of the County and State aforesaid being of sound mind and memory but considering the uncertainty of my earthly existence do make and declair this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say, First that my executor (hereinafter named) shall provide for my body a decent burial suitable to the wishes of my relatives and friends and pay all funeral expences together with my just debts out of the money that may first come into his hands as a part and parcel of my estate Item) I give and devise to my beloved wife Senith Bullock about 75 acres the residence where I now live one gray horse all the cattle that I own or may own at my death all the beds and furniture household and kitchen furniture not otherwise disposed of all the farming tools including cart that may be on hand at my death all the hogs that me be on hand at my death all the crop of every description that may be upon the plantation whereon I now live I now live and all the provision on hand at the time of my death for and during her natural life time. Item) After the death of my wife Senith Bullock I want my executor hereinafter mentioned to sell all the personal property of evry description that may be on hand at herr death consisting of stock of all kinds household and kitchen furniture provisions and crop of evry king farming tolls and all surplus at public auction and divide the moneys that may be collected equally amongst all my lawful ares. Item) I want my executor to take the real estate after my wife Seniths Bullocks deth containing about 75 acres where I now live and rent said premises and apply the said rent to the support of Kisie Jane Bullock Calvin James Mary Elisa Bullock so long as they shall live and after each and all their deaths to sell the same to the hiest bidder at public auction collect the money and equally divide amongst all my lawful ares. Item) I give and bequeath to Kisie Jane Bullock Calvin James Bullock Mary Elisa Bullock each one of them one bed and furniture as part and parcel of my estate Item) I want Rowland D. Williams to have one equal share in all my estate both real and personal of what evry nature and kind it may be with with the legal and lawful ares. Item) Whereas my two daughter Kisie Jane and Mary Elisa and sone Cavin James are not of good mind and judgment my wish and desire is that my sone Colin E Bullock is hereby appointed and constituted a guardian of these my three children to have and to hold the custody and guardianship both of their respective persons and estates until their deaths or so long as he shall use and treat them aright and not disabuse them nor waste their means. And lastely I do hereby appoint my son Colin E. Bullock my lawful Executor to all intents and purposes to execute this my last will and testament according to the true intent and meaning of the same and every part and clause theirof hereby revoking and declares utterly void all other will and testaments by me heretofore made.
