Written: 1868

On motion Ordered by the Court that G B Byrd be appointed administrator
of Henry Byrd decd upon his entering into bond in the sum of one thousand
dollars with Simeon McLean and Noah Mercer as his sureties.  Bond
field and administrator duly qualifies as such by taking the oath
required by law.
