Being of sound disposing mind, but weak In body and calling to mind the uncertainty Of life, and living desirous of dispose of all such Worldly estate as it hath pleased God to bless me With do make and ordain this my last Will In the following manner, 1. I order that immediately after my decease that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid. Out of my mony. 2ndly I order that my Eecutor have grave stones put up at my grave out of my money also. 3rdly I bequeath that all my money after paying my above mentioned debts and expenses and purchasing the grave stones, to be equally divided between my brother Neill D. Currie of Florida and sister Jennet Ray wife of Angus Ray of Gergia, The latter also shall possess all my wearing Apparel, and everything else which I possess, not otherwise disposed of, to be also divided between the above mentioned brother and sister, which shall be done by my Executor. State of North Carolina ) Court of Please & Quarter Robeson County ) Sessions August Term A.D. 1861 This paper writing purposting to be the last Will and Testament of Nancy Currie deceased is exhibited for probate in open court and the due execution thereof by the said Nancy Currie is proved by the Oath and examination of Daniel Johnson Currie and of John Graham Brown the two subscribing witnesses thereto. It is therefore considered by the Court that the said paper writing and every part thereof is the last will and testament of the said Nancy Currie and the same is ordered to be recorded and Filed.
