State of North Carolina Robeson County

In the name of God Amen I Sary Kinlaw of the County aforsaid being of sound 
and perfect mind and memory (blessed be God) do this the 14 day of June in the 
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty too make and publish 
this my last will and testament in manner following that is to say 

first I give and bequeath unto my Sone Nelson Kinlaw 100 Acres of land the 
Platation where on I now live also one Cow and calf one four year oald steer 
one three year oald heifer one bed and furniture and bed stead 

seccond I give and bequeath unto my sone Ryley Kinlaw one cow and calf one 
four year oald steer one horse nine head of sheep one bed and furniture and 
bed stead I also give unt my too sones Nelson and Ryley all of my house hoald 
and kitching furniture also all of my bee hives to be equally devided between 
them 

thirdly I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Happy Taylor one three yeare oalk 
steer

Fourthly I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Sary Roberts one three year Oald 
heifer

Fiefthly I give and bequeath unto my grandson Tryon Hilborn one cow and 
increase

And I hereby make and order my sone Ryley Kinlaw Executor of this my last will 
and testament in witneSs whereof I the said Sary Kinlaw have to this my last 
will and testament set my hand and 
seal the day and year above writ this the 15 June 1832

   Then was this will duly proven in open Court by the oaths of Alexr. Kinlaw 
and Neill Regan and orderd to be recorded
