Abia Lovett, H.P. Lovett, William Lovett, Neill Lovett, Report of Crissie Davis and R.M. Davis Commissioners. her husband Ex Parte. Pursuant to a decree made in the above entitled cause on the 1st day of August, 1903, and pursuant to a summons by the Sheriff of Robeson County, we, the undersigned commissioners and jurors assembled on the premises described in the petition herein on the 12th day of September, 1903, and after being duly sworn by Newit Cox, a Justice of the Peace, proceeded to lay off and allot to Abie Lovett her dower and thirds in the lands of William Lovett, deceased, according to the following metes and bounds, to wit: Beginning at a stake in the line of Lot No. 4 (hereinafter described) the corner of Lot. 5 and runs with and past the line of Lot. 5 (hereinafter described) North 60 East 25 chains to a stake in the line of the original survey: then as that line North 30 West 31.65 chains to a stake, the corner of the original survey; then South 50 West 30.70 chains to a stake and three pines by the public road; thence South 14 East 15 1/2 chains to a stake, then corner of Lot No. 4; then as that line North 60 East 11 chains to a stake; then South 30 East 11 1/2 chains to the beginning, containing 78 acres, more or less. A plot of the said dower lands is hereto annexed, made a part hereof and marked "Exhibit A". And at the same time, after being sworn as aforesaid, we proceeded to partition the lands described in the petition herein among the said petitioners who are tenants in common, according to their respective rights and interests therein (all of which are subject to the dower which was set apart and which is described above, and the following is our report of same: Lot No. 1. Beginning at a stake and three pines the corner of the original survey and runs North 50 East 50.70 chains to a stake, the 5th corner of the original survey; thence as that line South 30 East 12 1/2 chains to a stake in said line; thence South 60 West 31 1/2 chains to a stake in the back line of the original survey; thence as that line North 14 West 7 1/2 chains to the beginning, containing 50 acres, valued at $200.00, is allocated to Neill Lovett in severalty. Lot No. 2. Beginning at a stake the fourth corner of Lot No. 1, and runs as that line North 60 East 31 1/2 chains to a stake in the original line; then as that line South 30 East 10.15 chains to a stake, the corner of Lot No. 3; thence as that line South 60 West 23 1/2 chains to a stake in the line of Lot No. 4, also the corner of Lot No. 3; thence North 30 West 21/2 chains to a stake, the corner of Lot No. 4; thence as that line South 60 West 11 chains to a stake in the line of the original survey; thence as that line North 14 West 8 chains to the beginning, containing 30 acres, valued at $200.00, and assigned to Enoch Lovett in severalty. Lot No. 3. Beginning at a stake in the line of Lot No 4, the corner of Lot No. 5, and runs as that line North 60 East 16 1/2 chains to a maple in a bay; thence South 30 East 24 chains to a stake in the line of the original survey; thence as that line North 70 East 7.15 chains to a pine known as the Fulmore corner; thence North 30 West 35.35 chains to a stake, the corner of Lot No. 2; thence as that line South 60 West 23 1/2/ chains to a stake in the line of Lot No. 4; thence as that line South 30 East 9 chains to the beginning, containing 30 acres, valued at $200.00 and assigned to Crissie Davis, wife of R.M. Davis in severalty. Lot No 4. Beginning at a stake the 6th corner of Lot No. 2, and runs as that line North 60 East 11 chains to a stake; thence South 30 East 29.30 chains to a stake by a lightwood pine in the line of the original survey; then as that line North 68 West 22 1/2 chains to a stake, corner of the original survey; thence North 14 West 11 1/2 chains to the beginning, containing 30 acres, valued at $200.00 and assigned to H.P Lovett. Lot No. 5. Beginning at a stake in the line of Lot No. 4, also the beginning corner of Lot No. 3, and runs as that line North 60 East 10 1/2 chains to a maple in a bay; thence South 30 East 24 chains to a stake in the line of the original survey; thence as that line South 70 West 12.75 chains to a stake by a pine on the South side of a bay; thence North 68 West 4 1/2 chains to a stake by a lightwood pine, the corner of Lot No. 4; thence as that line North 30 West 17.80--- to the beginning, containing 30 acres and assigned to Willie Lovett in severalty. Robeson County, N.C. North Carolina In the Superior Court, Robeson County Before the Clerk. Abie Lovett, H.P. Lovett, William Lovett, Neill Lovett, Enoch Lovett, Crissie Davis and R.M. Davis, her husband. Ex Parte. It appearing to the Court that Simon McLean, Nathan Britt and Robert Britt, Commissioners heretofore appointed by the Court to divide the lands described in the petition in this cause among the several tenants in common therein named, and allot to each his share in severalty, filed their report in this court on the 16th day of October, 1903, and no objection having been filed in the twenty days allowed by law from this filing of said report: It is therefore decreed by the Court that the said report be and the same is in all respects confirmed and it is further ordered, that the said report and the plat appended be enrolled in the records of this Court, and the same, together with this decree be certified to the Register of Deeds for this County to the end that he may record the same in his office. The said decree is hereby adjudged to be binding between the said tenants in common, their heirs and assigns. The costs of this proceeding, including the surveyor and commis- sioners having been paid, it is considered that no costs be taxed. This December 1st, 1903 W.H.
