Do this the fourteenth day of December in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and fifteen make and publish this My last Will and testament in manner following that is to Say First I give and Bequeath to my Son Daniel McPhaul My Negroe Man Jack and my Negroe girl Lucie to him and his Heirs for Ever. I give and Bequeath to My Daughter Cathrine McArthur My Negroe Boy Stephen to her and her Heirs for Ever I give and bequeath to My Daughter Salley Hai?? to ??? to Mary McNeill three ???? that I have in Lyn??
