Zach Musslewhite        { Petition }

  Vs                    {   to     }

Mariah MuSslewhite      { Account  }

                        This Cause coming on to be heard
upon the petition and report of the commiSsioner and
being heard the Court doth declare that there is a clear
residue in the hands of Zachh Musslewhite admr of
Ralzymon MuSslewhite of one hundred and nine dollars
and sixty two cents.  It is therefore ordered that the administra-
tor pay the Cost of this suit including therein the sum of
Ten dollars which is hereby allowed the said commiSsioner
for his said account and report
