Thompson, probate judge.David Paul, being sworn, doth say: That Silas Paul, late of said county, is dead without leaving any will and testament, and that he is the proper person entitled to Letters of Administration on the estate of the said Silas Paul. Further, that the value of said estate, so far as can be ascertained at the date of this application, is about $300.00 and that Abraham Paul, Samuel Paul, Dicey Ann, wife of Neill McDuffie, William Paul who removed to Texas, Elias Paul, Mary Paul, Rebecca McLean, wife of Archibald McLean, Mary Fowler, Henry Paul, Elias Paul, Ellen, wife of Stephen Bass, John R.
