  In the name of God Amen
I Ann Regan of Robeson County being weak of body
but of percet mind and memory, (blessed be God do
this twenty Second day of September in the year of our
Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Ninety Six make
and publish this my last will and Testament in
manner following that is to say.
First I give and bequeath unto my Son Richard
Regan the sum of five Pounds to be paid out of my
Estate.
I also give my Grand Daughter Olive Powers
One Cow and Calf
I also give unto my Grand Daughter Sary Regan
Four Pounds to be paid in money or Cattle
I also give my Grand Daughter Nancy Regan
four Pounds to be Paid in money or Cattle
I Give my Grand Daughter Martha Regan
four Pounds to be Paid in Cattle or money
I also give to my Grand Daughter Olivia Ezzell
four Pounds to be Paid in Catle or CaSh
I Give unto my Grand Daughter Sarah Hawthorn
Four Pounds to his Paid in Cattle or CaSh
I give my Grand Daughter Nancy Regan four
Pounds to be paid in Cattle or Cash
I also give my grand Daughter Mary Regan four
Pounds to be Paid in Cattle or Cash
I also give to my grand Daughter Nancy AndreSs all
my Wearing Clothes & a piece of black yarn Cloth
I give unto my Grand Daughter Elizabeth Regan
my New Cloke and one Calico Gown
I also give my Grand Daughter Nancy AndreSs
Daughter of Joseph & Nancy AndreSs my best feather
bed four Sheets one bolster and two pillows
I also give my grand Son Spann Regan one Cow
and Calf
I also give unto my three Grandsons William
Regan John Regan & Ralph Regan One Cow
and Calf Each to be paid out of my Estate
I give unto my son John Regan all the Rest of my
Stock and property of all Sorts whatsoever
And it is my will & desire that my Negro woman
Lucy be set at her liberty and have her freedom
And I hereby make and ordain my son John
Regan & my grand Son William Regan
Executors to this my last will and Testament
In WitneSs whereof I the said Ann Regan
have to this my last will and Testament, Set
my hand and Seal the day and year above
written
Signed, Sealed, PubliShed and Declared by the
Said Ann Regan Testator as her last will &
Testament, in the presence of us who were
present at the time of Signing and Sealing
of these presents
