I John M~White of Howellsville Township, Robeson
County, make this my last will. I give divise
and bequeath my estate and property, real and
personal as follows, that is to say.  To my wife
Mary Eliza M~ White I give and bequeath all
My personal property of every Kind.  To my wife I
give my home place, and all other tracts of land
of which I am possessed, to be to her use and
benefit during her life, and then to be divided
equally between my children, Neill Hector
M~White, Martha Francis M~White, Hugh Archibald
M~White, Matilda Delight M~White, Richard Walton
M~White, William Bunyan M~White, Dougald Wyche M~White,
except the following tracts of land, which I give
to my elder Children Alonzo Morrisey M~White, Sarah
Charlotte Powers + Aley Barker – to wit.  Forty (40)
acres Known as the Milby M. White land to be taken
from the lower part of said tract and Forty (4)
acres tract on the west side of the home tract these
lands to be divided equally among the three
last named children – four years after the
date of this will-
I hereby appoint my wife, Mary Eliza m White to be
Executrix.

on this the 16th day of March AD 1886
Signed and sealed this instrument
and published and declared the same
as, and for his last will and we, at
his request, and in his presence and in
the presence of each other have hereunto written
our names as subscribed witnesses
