Robeson County, NC - Will of Robert Wilkison, 1831 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Material found at NC Archives in original records on Robert Wilkeson Robeson County 24th August 1799 In the name of God amen, I Robert Wilkson am weak in body but sound in mind do cause this to be my last will and testament to be as follows: I give and bequeath to my loving wife the one third of all my movable property after my lawful debts is payed and I give and bequeath to my loving son—Neill Wilkson one hundred acres of land joining the plantation above Neills to Neill mills and I give and bequeath to my loving son Donald Wilkison one hundred acres of land joining the plantation below Neill to Arch McKay and give and bequeath to my loving son John Wilkison one hundred acres of land where the plantation is but his mother to have her dowery in the plantation and after the children comes to age it is my desire to give my loving daughter Margaret Wilkeson the one third of the brie of Abram the Negro fellow and heir share of the other moveables And lickwise I live my loving wife & Archibald McKay exex.
