In the name of God, Amen.  I, Anna Jane Wilkinson being of sound mind and 
memory do make ordain publish and declare this to be my last will and 
testament, hereby annulling and revoking any and all former wills, at any 
time here to fore made by me.

1st  I give and devise to my beloved daughter Jane Catharine and to my 
beloved son Angus Edwin, one hundred acres of land; to begin at the lower 
line adjoining the lands of Peter Sinclair, Alex McRae and others and to 
include the house wherein I now live and all the improvements.

I give and devise to my beloved brother Peter McI. Wilkinson, the remainder 
of my land, about forty acres more or less on the south west side of Lumber 
River and adjoining the lands of the said Peter McI. Wilkinson and others.

I give and bequeath to my beloved children, Jane Catharine, and Angus Edwin, 
all my household and kitchen furniture; and all other property or estate, 
personal, real or mixed, of which I die possessed, to be equally divided 
between them.

Lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint Wm. R. McNeill, my lawful executor 
to all intents and purposes to execute this my last will and testament, 
according to the true intent and meaning of the same and every part and 
clause thereof.  In testimony whereof, I the said Anna Jane Wilkinson, do 
hereunto set my hand and seal this the 5th day of November A. D. 1889

Signed, sealed published and declared by the said Anna Jane Wilkinson to be 
her last will and testament in the presence of us, who at her request and 
in her presences do subscribe our names as witnesses thereto
