ROCKINGHAM COUNTY    NOV. TERM, 1807

MICAJAH DAVIS

Original Attachment, Levied on Goods

It appearing to the satisfaction of the court that the defendant MICAJAH 
DAVIS, is not a resident of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for three successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, 
that unless the said Defendant appear at our next Court to be held for the 
County of Rockingham on the 4th Monday in February then and there to replevy 
the property , judgment will be entered final.
