    The Administrator will here remark that negro fellow Charles was in the 
possession of the Complainant or Distributor Richard Browder and by him hired 
out for the last year to Edmund Martin to work in the Gold mines in Burke, where 
he understands said Charles got his arm broke while at work in the mines, in 
cosequesnce of which, he has not been returned to the Administrator & 
consequently remains unsold.  The administrator is informed that there are in 
the possession of Talitha Clark one of the distributors, in the state of Georgia 
the following negroes Rachel, Charlotte, Charity, Sarah, Minerva, Sam, Peter & 
Jack And in the possession of her husband Isaac Clark negroes Miner & Isbell, 
and her two children also negro Lydia in the possession of Augustin B Fears, all 
of which negroes are of the state of this testator, and by a decree of the Court 
of Equity of Rockingham were ordered to be sold by Augustin B Fears
