STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA  COURT OF PLEAS & QUARTER SESSIONS
ROCKINGHAM COUNTY                August Term 1846

JOHN L. CAMPBELL 

          Vs.

JOHN RHODES and wife, SARAH C. RHODES; VINCENT BEVILL and wife, TABITHA 
BEVILL; ELIJAH M. WITTY and HENRY T. WEATHERLY, guardian of the heirs at law 
of LEVIN C. WITTY, deceased


Sci fa. to subject the lands of WILLIAM DONNELL to Sale

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that  the defendants, VINCENT 
BEVILL and wife, TABITHA BEVILL; ELIJAH M. WITTY, reside  outside the limits 
of this State: it is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made 
for six successive weeks in the Patriot, a newspaper printed in Greensboro, 
that unless the said Defendants appear at our next Court to be held in the 
Court House at Wentworth on the 4th Monday in November next , then and there 
to plead answer or demur, judgment final  will be entered against them, 
according to Sci fa.
