HUGH McAIN et al Petition for Partition of Land It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants in this case, WILLIAM McAIN; HANCE McAIN; ROBERT BIRNEY and his wife, LYDIA BIRNEY, formerly LYDIA McAIN; GREENBERRY WINNINGHAM and his wife, MARY WINNINGHAM, formerly MARY McAIN, are not inhabitants of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for three successive weeks in the Patriot, printed in Greensboro', that unless the defendant appear at our next Court to be held for the County of Rockingham in the Court House at Wentworth on the 4th Monday in August next, then and there to plead, answer or demur to the attachment, judgment will be taken pro confesso against them.
