EDWARD REYNOLDS, MARY REYNOLDS, HEDGEMEN REYNOLDS, NANCY REYNOLDS, SALLY 
ROBERTSON, JOHN ORR and his wife, POLLY ORR

     Vs.

JAMES REYNOLDS

(Kind of Suit not Given)

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, JAMES 
REYNOLDS, resides outside the limits of this State: it is therefore ordered by 
the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Patriot, a 
newspaper printed in Greensboro, that unless the said Defendants appear at our 
next term to be held in the Court House at Wentworth, then and there to plead 
answer or demur, judgment will be entered against him.
