Be it known to all whom those present may come that we Abraham GEREN, John 
WINCHESTER Sr, Blake W BRASWELL and Elijah WITTY Jr being appointed by the heirs 
of Levi KING (word undecipherable) and Nancy LOVE formerly Nancy KING wife of 
the above named decd to wit Peter C KING, Joseph LEMMANS and his wife Polly 
LEMONS (formerly Polly KING) and Henry KING JR....to appraise and sit a value on 
certain tracts of land and negros...

Lot 1 to Henry KING JR
  Negro woman Juda (29 yrs, infirm) $200
  Negro girl Matilda (12 yrs)       $250

Lot 2 to Peter C King
