ROCKINGHAM COUNTY    Aug. Term, 1809

JOHN LENOX

 Vs.

ROBERT WILLIAMS

Original Attachment levied on  five Negroes and a Tract of Land

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, ROBERT 
WILLIAMS, is not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered b the 
Court that publication be made for four successive weeks in the Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the said Defendant appear at the next term of this Court 
to be held for the County of Rockingham on the last Monday in November next 
and replevy property and plead to issue within six months, judgment will be 
entered against him.
