EXECUTOR’S NOTICE
Notice is hereby given, that the Subscriber qualified as Executor to the Last 
Will and Testament, at the last term of Rockingham County Court, of ALEXANDER 
MARTIN, late Governor of this State, deceased. Those indebted to the said 
estate are requested to make payment immediately; and those having claims 
against said estate, are notified to present them duly authenticated within 
the time prescribed by law or this notice will be plead in bar of their 
recovery.
