ROCKINGHAM COUNTY                November Term 1845

          Vs.

JAMES D. PATRICK

Original Attachment Levied on land

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that  the defendant, JAMES D. 
PATRICK
, resides  outside the limits of this State: it is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Patriot, a 
newspaper printed in Greensboro, that unless the said Defendants appear at our 
next Court to be held in the Court House at Wentworth on the 4th Monday in 
February  next , then and there to plead answer or demur, judgment final  will 
be entered against them .
