MAY, BAILEY MARTIN, MARTIN ROBERTS, DAVID CARROLL, NANCY CARROLL, HANNAH CARROLL, HENRY CARROLL, WILLIAM CARROLL, DANIEL CARROLL, MUNROE CARROLL, LUCINDA CARROLL, JOHN CARROLL and ANDREW CARROLL Original Bill It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that one of the defendants, DAVID CARROLL, resides outside the limits of this State: it is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Patriot, a newspaper printed in Greensboro, that unless the said Defendants appear at our next Court to be held in the Court House at Wentworth on the 5th Monday after the 4th Monday in September, then and there to plead answer or demur, judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte.
