JAMES DONNELL and others, Heirs at Law of WILLIAM DONNELL, deceased Sci fa. to subject the lands of WILLIAM DONNELL, deceased, in the hands of his Heirs at Law to Sale It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, JOHN DONNELL, and E. HOPKINS and his wife, POLLY HOPKINS, reside outside the limits of this State: it is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Patriot, a newspaper printed in Greensboro, that unless the said Defendants appear at our next Court to be held in the Court House at Wentworth on the 4th Monday in May 1846, then and there to plead answer or demur, judgment final will be entered against them.
