   VS.

ROBERT DOAK

Justice's Judgment levied on Real Estate

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant in this case, 
ROBERT DOAK is not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three successive weeks in the Patriot, 
printed in Greensboro', that unless the defendant appear at our next Court to 
be held for the County of Rockingham in the Court House at Wentworth on the 
4th Monday in May, next, then and there to plead, answer or demur to the 
attachment, judgment will be taken pro confesso against him.

Witness, JOSEPH HOLDERBY, Clerk of our Court, at office on the 4th Monday in 
February, A.D., 1838.
