ROCKINGHAM COUNTY    Aug. Term, 1809

   Vs.

JOHN R. BREWER

Original Attachment levied on a gray mare and colt

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, JOHN R. 
BREWER, is not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered b the 
Court that publication be made for four successive weeks in the Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the said Defendant appear at the next term of this Court 
to be held for the County of Rockingham on the last Monday in November and 
replevy property and plead to issue, judgment will be entered against him.
