The Standard of Raleigh, Oct. 17, 1860
STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA -- Rockingham County -- WILLIAM W. ROPER and others Vs.
C.L. GLENN, Administrator of CHARLES ROPER, deceased, -- In Equity
   In this case it is referred to the Master to state the account of C.L. 
GLENN, as the Adm'r of CHARLES ROPER, dec'd, and that he advertise for all of 
the next of kin of the said CHARLES ROPER, dec'd, to appear before him at the 
time and place of taking the same, and prove their relationship.
   In obedience to the foregoing order, notice is hereby given that I have 
appointed my office in the town of Wentworth, Rockingham County, as the place, 
and Saturday, the 27th of October, 1860, as the time, when and where I shall 
proceed to state the amount above mentioned, at which time and place all 
persons claiming to be next of kin to CHARLES ROPER are requested to make 
their appearance and proof to make before me, if proof they can, of their 
relationship to the said intestate.
