**NOTE - this entry does not include Thomas Webb's name specifically.  Noah M 
Climer made this entry of estate sale as the estate administrator.  Thomas Webb, 
whose will can be found in Guilford County Wills, Bk B, pg 404 nominated Noah 
Climer and John Wharton as his executors.  Additional validation that this 
estate sale entry is in fact of Thomas Webb's estate, is the inclusion of 
enslaved people, David and Fannie, who are indicated in the will to be sold, but 
were also willed a sum of money.  From the will, "My black Woman and her two 
children to be valued together and sold together.  And I do give my Negro by the 
name of Old Fannie $75.  I do give Sarah, Isaac and David each $10.  I do give 
Major, Doctor, Little Thomas, and Nathan each $5."  Nathan was the only 
individual willed to an heir, Thomas' wife Sarah Webb, but it is unknown what 
became of the other individuals.
