STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA   
COURT OF EQUITY
ROCKINGHAM COUNTY                 
March Term, 1842

JOSIAH ROBERTS and THOMAS ROACH, JR.

       Vs.

WILLIAM GREEN and GEORGE D. GREEN, Executors of EDWARD GREEN, Deceased; also 
against, WILLIAM NOBLIN and JAMES WALKER, and his wife, LUCY H. WALKER

(Kind of Suit not Given)        

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the  defendants, WILLIAM 
NOBLIN, JAMES WALKER, and his wife, LUCY H. WALKER, reside outside the limits 
of this State: it is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made 
for six successive weeks in the Patriot, a newspaper printed in Greensboro, 
that unless the said Defendants appear at our next Court to be held in the 
Court House at Wentworth on the 5th Monday after the 4th Monday in March next, 
then and there to plead answer or demur, judgment will be taken pro confesso 
and heard ex parte.
