Deed 150 acres This Indenture made this 11th day of August eighteen hundred & eighteen, Between George HAIRSTON Sr. of Henry County Virginia of the one part and Thomas HARBOUR of sd cty & state of the other part. Witnesseth that the said George HAIRSTON for and in consideration of two hundred & fifty dollars to him in hand paid by the said Thomas HARBOUR before the ensealing & delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged; hath bargained sold and conveyed and confirms, unto the said Thomas HARBOUR his heirs and assigns, one certain tract land Situate lying and being in the County of Rockingham in the State of North Carolina on the waters of the Northeast fork of creek a branch of the Mayo River, containing by estimation one hundred & fifty acres more or less Cole GORDMANS old place, agreeable to the restablish Bounds of said Tract. To have and to hold the aforesaid Tract of land with all the ways woods, waters & watercourses, buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining, with every part and parcel thereof unto the said Thomas HARBOUR his Heirs & assigns forever, against him the said George HAIRSTON & his heirs and agst the just claim of all other persons whatsoever with the appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining .
