Deed for Lot No. 32 in the Town of Jackson

This Indenture made this 23rd day of April 1818 by and between Thos 
RAWLINS, Isaac MEDLEY, Matthew CLAY, Eustice HUNT, Leonard CLAIBORNE and 
Edward PANNILL of the first part and Powhatan MAY and Jno WILSON 
of the county of Rockingham No Carolina of the second part, Witnesseth 
that the said Thos RAWLINS, Isaac MEDLEY, Mathew CLAY, Eustice HUNT, 
Leonard CLAIBORNE and Edward PANNILL, for and in consideration of the sum 
of five hundred dollars, to them in hand paid by the said Powhatan MAY & 
Jno. WILSON have granted, bargained and sold and do by these presents 
give, grant, bargain and sell unto the said Powhatan MAY & Jno. WILSON, 
and their heirs and assigns forever - one half acre lot of ground in the 
Town of Jackson, Rockingham, North Carolina, numbered in the ____ of said 
Town No. Thirty-two, with its appurtenances, to have and to hold the said 
half acre lot No. Thirty two to the said Powhatan MAY and John WILSON 
their heirs and assigns forever, the said Thos RAWLINS, Isaac MEDLEY, 
Mathew CLAY, Eustice HUNT, Leonard CLAIBORNE and Edward PANNILL and 
their heirs and assigns, to the said Powhatan MAY & Jno. WILSON their 
heirs and assigns, will warrant and forever defend from them and their 
heirs and assigns, and from every other person whatsoever.
   In Witness whereof the parties aforesaid have hereunto affixed their
Seals, the day and year first above written.
